Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that all patrons receive prompt and friendly service in a fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and presentation techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Operate cash registers accurately, process payments, and handle cash transactions responsibly.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, stocked, and organized at all times, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Assist with catering events as needed, providing support in food service alongside beverage preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of fine dining standards is a plus; experience in catering settings is also beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
