Bartender/Server at Karaoke Bar

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders with serving job to join our karaoke team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail will contribute significantly to our guests' experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting with restocking as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
• Assist in promoting special events or drink specials to enhance sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bartending or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Familiarity with cash register operations, cash handling, and POS systems.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
• Basic understanding of brewing techniques and retail math is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a nightclub or high-energy environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Must be at least 21 years old as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $18.75 per hour
