Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and personable Bartender/Servers to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders from guests promptly and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change using retail math skills.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy service periods like banquets or nightlife events.
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs, monitoring guest consumption, and promoting a safe environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and sales transactions.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Experience in catering or food industry environments is advantageous; retail math skills are beneficial for accurate transactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
