Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all safety and quality standards
• Take accurate orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks
• Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy in retail math calculations
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, including bar tops, tables, and serving stations
• Assist with food service during busy periods such as banquets or nightclubs, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Support catering events by setting up tables, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub environments
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail transactions
• Previous banquet experience or catering knowledge is a plus
• Experience working in the food industry with retail math proficiency for sales transactions
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or busy restaurants
