
Base Management Lead (CVM)
-
Own and manage weekly property launch cycles from planning to execution

Design and run promotions and engagement initiatives to drive user activity, conversions, and loyalty

Develop and execute strategies to increase the number of active investors, shares per investor, and overall GMV sold

A/B test user flows and personalize experiences across segments to enhance conversion and retention

Build business cases for all commercial activities in collaboration with the Finance team

Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to refine strategy and optimize
-
Collaborate with Product, Brand, Performance Marketing, Customer Support, and Unit Supply teams to align initiatives
-
Track and grow key metrics: user activity, conversion rates, GMV, shares per investor, and re-investment rates
Requirements

1-3 years of experience in CRM, CVM, growth marketing, or base management, ideally in fintech, proptech, or digital platforms

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action

Deep understanding of user segmentation and behavioral triggers that drive conversion and retention

Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
