Basement Ventilation HVAC Engineer

1Ventilation and pressurization Load CalculationPerform accurate heat load calculations considering occupancy, equipment, and environmental conditions to design efficient ventilation systems.2CFM Calculation of the basement and StaircaseCalculate and verify air flow requirements (CFM - Cubic Feet per Minute) for various spaces based on standards and project-specific needs.3Internal Cabling and Panel for all the categories Understand and implement electrical cabling requirements related to HVAC systems . including control wiring, power supply . Integration to alarm systems .4Execution cut-out KnowledgeEnsure accurate understanding and execution of equipment and exhaust cut-outs as per HVAC layout drawings on-site.5CFD Analysis Use Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools or coordinate with CFD specialists to analyze air flow patterns, temperature distribution, and system performance.6Ducting KnowlegdeDesign and supervise ductwork installation including material selection, sizing, routing, insulation, and noise control considerations.Competencies:-Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MEP, and HVAC design software, coordination with other services like, fire plubming .

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
