B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Overview-

A Mechanical Engineering Supervisor leads technical teams, manages maintenance, and ensures safety compliance for mechanical systems, equipment, and production processes.

Key responsibilities include planning work schedules, troubleshooting, overseeing repairs, enforcing safety protocols (e.g., permits to work), and ensuring high-quality, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Direct, train, and mentor technicians and engineers, providing guidance on maintenance and technical issues.
  • Maintenance & Operations: Schedule and manage preventive/corrective maintenance for static and rotating equipment (paints, Buffing).
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Toolbox Talks.
  • Reporting: Document maintenance activities, report on equipment performance, and maintain service logs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Fresher to 2+ years of experience in mechanical supervision or maintenance.
  • Technical Knowledge: Machinery troubleshooting, and reading mechanical blueprints/drawings.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.

Common Work Environments

  • Manufacturing plants, construction sites, industrial facilities, and engineering workshops.

This role is critical for ensuring that all mechanical equipment operates efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
