Basic Graphics Designer ( CorelDRAW Designer + Office Coordinator)

Location: Rawalpindi.

Role: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to manage our daily online orders and coordinate our CNC production workflow. You will act as the bridge between our digital storefronts and physical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage daily e-commerce orders from our website and online stores.
• Prepare, modify, and efficiently nest vector files for daily CNC machine cutting.
• Handle customer customization requests and finalize designs for production.
• Update system records, maintain inventory levels, and log daily production metrics.
• Supervise the packing station and ensure accurate order dispatch.
• Coordinate local deliveries and manage paperwork/packaging for international courier shipments.
• Act as the main point of contact between the design office and the workshop floor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in vector-based design software (CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator is mandatory).
• E-commerce Experience: Knowledge of E-commerce platforms .
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of vector files.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent multi-tasking abilities with a strict attention to detail for system entries and inventory tracking.
• Logistics Handling: Familiarity with courier dispatch processes (both local and international).
• Problem Solving: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily dispatch deadlines.
