Media Head (Marketing & Production Lead) Portfolio Required

Source Code Academia is looking for a creative and strategic Media Head to lead our Social Media, Graphic Design, and Video Editing teams. You will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, ensuring high-quality content, and driving brand growth across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Social Media Managers, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors
• Plan and execute social media and content strategies
• Oversee content creation, design, and video production
• Ensure strong brand consistency across all platforms
• Manage content calendars and marketing campaigns
• Track performance metrics and optimize engagement

Requirements

• 4–9 years experience in media management, digital marketing, or content leadership
• Experience managing creative teams
• Strong understanding of social media and digital branding
• Excellent leadership, creativity, and communication skills
