Responsibilities

- Experience in Kitchen&Bath Design.

- Strong communication skills.

- As a Kitchen Designer, the position requires a dedicated individual who can work on multiple projects at once with strong customer relation skills.

- Present and sell products to new and existing customers.

- Manage a job from start to finish. Including measuring, designing, selling, and ordering.

- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.

- Create sales material to present to customers.

- Keeping up with industry trends and products

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

- Create distinctive and original designs that combine form and functionality.

- The designer will help customers with cabinetry layout, colors, space, countertops, tile and flooring options to design customized kitchens, bathrooms remodeling projects.

- Position includes project estimating, project organization and material purchasing.

- proficiency in 20-20 Design Software.

- Develop business relationships with professional contractors to serve the kitchen and bath projects of the clients.

- Strong organizational and problem - solving abilities.

- Attention to details and a creative eye for design.

Requirements

- Experience working with 20/20 design program.

- Availability to work most Saturdays 9am - 5 pm.

- Need to have strong sales focus with ability to work on the design program and willing to learn about products quickly.

- Strong creative abilities and presentation skills.

- Solve problems, create solutions.

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pays.
• Commission pays.

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• cabinetry design: 5 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
