Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in Sales. .

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proven track record in account management and technical sales. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.

Client Base:

  • Interior Designers
  • Kitchen & Bath Store
  • Cabinet Makers

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Manage pricing strategies and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure brochures, samples, and product displays are updated and effectively placed at customer locations.
  • Provide product training and education to clients.
  • Track and report market conditions, including competitor activity.
  • Represent Vicostone at trade shows and industry events.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling and networking.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while maintaining strong client relationships..
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Utilize ERP System for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Daily CRM, Weekly quick report
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions for demand and sales to het the target monthly/quaterly

Experience

  • Several years of proven sales experience in the stone or construction industry.
  • Established network within stone fabricators, interior designers, kitchen & bath professionals, developers, contractors, and builders.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Competitive drive and passion for success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving sales initiatives and mentoring junior team members is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
