Duties:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences for their kitchen design
- Utilize your interior design expertise to create innovative and functional kitchen layouts
- Present design concepts and product options to customers, ensuring their satisfaction
- Provide accurate measurements and specifications for custom orders
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures for their kitchen
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and technologies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire design process

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate and sell kitchen designs
- Proficient in interior design principles and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Knowledge of retail math to accurately calculate pricing, discounts, and commissions
- Experience in lighting design and sales is a plus
- Ability to manage accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in inside sales or related roles is preferred
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
