Bath and Kitchen Designer

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bath and Kitchen Designer to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will be the creative force behind transforming clients’ visions into stunning, functional spaces. Your expertise will help guide customers through the entire design process, from conceptual sketches to detailed plans, ensuring their dream bathrooms and kitchens become reality. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals for bathroom and kitchen renovations.
• Develop comprehensive design concepts using software tools such as 2020, kitchenpro, AutoCAD, and Rhinoceros 3D to create detailed layouts and visualizations.
• Prepare accurate construction documents, including drafting plans, elevations, sections, and specifications utilizing CAD and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Select appropriate materials, fixtures, lighting solutions, and color schemes based on color theory principles and client specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure designs are feasible within budget and timeline constraints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout each phase of the renovation or remodeling process.
• Assist in sales efforts by presenting design ideas confidently and providing expert advice on lighting sales, remodeling options, and construction processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior design with a focus on bathroom and kitchen spaces; portfolio demonstrating relevant work is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in 2020, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D and Adobe Creative Suite for drafting and visualization purposes.
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques, CAD standards, lighting design principles, color theory, and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies to oversee timelines, budgets, and client communications effectively.
• Familiarity with contracts related to renovation projects as well as experience in sales within lighting or remodeling sectors is a plus.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and coordinate with contractors during the construction phase.
