Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and project goals for bathrooms and kitchens.
• Develop detailed design concepts using software tools such as Chief Architect to create realistic visualizations and layouts.
• Prepare comprehensive project proposals including material selections, color schemes based on color theory, lighting plans, and budget estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure accurate execution of designs while managing project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Assist clients in selecting fixtures, cabinetry, lighting solutions, and finishes that align with their style and functional requirements.
• Oversee renovation and remodeling projects from concept through construction to ensure quality standards are met and projects stay on track.

Skills

• Proficiency in Chief Architect.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles including space planning, color theory, lighting design, and material selection.
• Experience in drafting detailed construction documents and working with contracts related to remodeling projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective project management skills.
• Familiarity with the construction process, renovation procedures, and building codes relevant to bathroom and kitchen installations.
• Budgeting skills for estimating costs accurately while maintaining high-quality standards; understanding of contracts is essential for smooth project execution. Pay: $57,200.00 - $72,800.00 per year
