Duties

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for bathroom renovations and remodeling projects.
Engage in inside and outside sales efforts, upselling premium products such as lighting fixtures, cabinetry, and fixtures to maximize sales opportunities.
Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Manage account details through POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash transactions accurately, and process customer orders efficiently.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from design to completion.
Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight high-end bathroom products and promote current marketing campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and offering expert advice on renovation trends and maintenance tips.
Support ongoing marketing initiatives by participating in product demonstrations and promoting new offerings across retail channels.Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales or inside sales within home improvement, renovation, or interior design sectors.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful upselling and high-end sales achievements.
Knowledge of bathroom renovation processes including layout design, construction basics, remodeling techniques, and maintenance considerations.
Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively.
Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, merchandising strategies, and product demos enhances effectiveness in this role.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members while maintaining a positive attitude.
