We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bathroom Fitter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, refurbishing, and maintaining bathroom suites across residential and commercial settings. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong practical background and a passion for delivering high-quality bathroom installations. **THIS POSITION IS INITIALLY TEMPORARY**

Duties

Install complete bathroom suites including baths, showers, toilets, sinks, and vanity units.

Carry out bathroom refurbishments, including removal of existing fittings and preparation for new installations.

Perform plumbing tasks such as pipework installation, drainage, and water supply connections.

Undertake basic tiling, carpentry, and finishing work to a high standard.

Use hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment to complete installations efficiently.

Measure and plan layouts to ensure accurate fitting and optimal use of space.

Diagnose and resolve installation issues using practical and technical knowledge.

Carry out safe handling and lifting of materials and equipment on site.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Communicate with clients to explain work, provide advice, and ensure satisfaction.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations on site.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bathroom Fitter or in a similar role within the construction or plumbing industry.

Strong skills in plumbing, tiling, carpentry, and general bathroom installation.

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

Ability to read and interpret plans or technical drawings.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physically capable of lifting and handling materials safely.

Valid driving licence for travel between Midlands-based sites.

Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm, Temporary

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
