Job Title : Battery Sales Executive – Automotive (UAE Experience Required)

Salary: AED 7,000 (All-inclusive)

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a results-driven Battery Sales Executive with strong automotive market exposure in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving battery sales, managing dealer and fleet relationships, and expanding market presence across workshops, retailers, and corporate clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for automotive batteries (Passenger, Commercial & Industrial where applicable)
• Develop and manage relationships with:
• Car workshops & garages
• Auto spare parts retailers
• Fleet operators & corporate clients
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealers/workshops across assigned territories
• Conduct regular market visits to promote products, schemes, and offers
• Provide product knowledge and basic technical guidance to customers on battery specifications and usage
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within approved margins, and close sales effectively
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market movements
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and daily visit reports
• Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution within defined timelines

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience in the UAE (battery sales experience is mandatory)
• Strong understanding of automotive batteries, specifications, and applications
• Existing network with garages, workshops, and auto spare parts dealers is a strong advantage
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
