Bay Manager (Aviation/Airline)

• Min. Diploma & 15 years of strong aviation and MRO experience.
• Managing day-to-day aircraft maintenance operations (scheduled and unscheduled).
• Monitoring production plans and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinating aircraft status and operational updates.
• Overseeing reporting, documentation, and shift handovers.
• Allocate bays/slots for aircraft based on maintenance schedules
• Ensure smooth movement of aircraft in and out of bays
• Coordinate with ground handling and operations teams
• Plan and supervise aircraft maintenance activities (line/base maintenance)
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and planning teams
• Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and manpower
• Monitor maintenance progress and meet turnaround time (TAT) targets
