BBA Graduates / Business Development Executive

Code Genesis is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and expand our global customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, relationship building, lead generation, and revenue growth across multiple channels.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, sales-focused, and experienced in IT or digital services business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, and other platforms
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, job boards etc.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct discovery calls and client requirement discussions
  • Manage client communications and follow-ups
  • Convert prospects into paying clients
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports
  • Develop long-term client relationships
  • Explore partnerships and collaboration opportunities

  • Confident in cold outreach and lead generation
