BCBA – Clinical Quality Supervisor
Position Summary
The BCBA – Clinical Quality Supervisor is a hybrid clinical leadership role focused on developing new Clinical Supervisors through training, mentorship, clinical audits, and resource development.
This role bridges Training and Quality Assurance by translating clinical standards into day-to-day supervisory practice. The position supports improved clinical judgment, treatment planning, documentation quality, and effective use of internal clinical systems.

What You’ll Do
Training & Development
- Deliver monthly training for new Clinical Supervisors
- Lead live sessions on supervision, treatment planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making
- Reinforce learning and support skill development
Mentorship
- Provide 1:1 mentorship during onboarding and early development
- Support application of training to real clinical cases
- Build confidence, consistency, and clinical judgment
Clinical Quality & Auditing
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Audit treatment plans, session notes, and authorization materials
- Provide actionable feedback for improvement
Tools & Resource Development
- Create job aids, workflows, and decision-making tools for supervisors
- Align resources with internal systems (e.g., Hi Rasmus)
- Identify gaps and develop practical solutions to improve clarity and consistency
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with leadership on training and quality initiatives
- Share trends from audits and mentorship
- Support billable clinical work as needed
- Travel to clinic locations for coaching and support when required
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- 5+ years’ experience as a BCBA in ABA services
- Experience providing clinical supervision in ABA settings
- Experience with training or mentoring clinical staff
- Strong knowledge of treatment planning and documentation standards
- Experience reviewing clinical work for quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Ability to apply clinical standards to real-world decision-making
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
