Role Summary:

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving new revenue by managing the full sales cycle—from initial contact to signed contract. This role requires strong execution, consistency, and a results-driven mindset. Specialists are expected to learn quickly, close deals efficiently, and contribute to building a scalable and high-performing sales engine.

This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals looking to grow into senior or leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Revenue Generation

· Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract

· Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals

· Carry an individual revenue target and consistently deliver against it

2. Pipeline Management

· Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot

· Follow qualification frameworks and internal deal approval processes

· Ensure clear communication ownership before progressing deals

3. Learning and Development

· Shadow senior team members on larger and more complex deals

· Continuously improve discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills

· Actively absorb coaching and feedback with the goal of rapid progression

4. Collaboration

· Work closely with Supply Partnerships to align client needs with available buildings

· Support a smooth handover to Account Management after deal closure

Success Metrics

· New CARR closed individually

· Pipeline health and conversion rates

· Consistency in sales activity and follow-through

· Quality of client engagement and deal progression

Experience and Profile

· 1 to 3 years of B2B sales or commercial experience

· Fintech or B2B services background is a strong advantage

· Fluent in both Arabic and English (required)

· Strong communication skills with confidence in outreach and handling rejection

· High energy, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset

· Competitive attitude with strong drive and ownership

· Excellent work ethic and professional discipline

· Hunger to learn, grow, and scale quickly within the business

· Coachable, adaptable, and eager to continuously improve
