BD Coordinator/ BPO- Night Shift

We’re seeking a Business Development (BD) Coordinator who will serve as the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring every client feels valued, supported, and confident in partnering with us.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering proactive communication and ensuring complete satisfaction throughout the partnership.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and cost estimation requirements.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to address concerns, resolve issues, and reinforce trust.
• Guide new clients through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring a smooth start to their journey.
• Provide professional insights on cost estimation strategies, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure projects are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations.
• Track project progress and maintain transparent communication across departments.
• Quickly resolve challenges by coordinating with relevant teams and keeping clients informed.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend product or service enhancements based on client needs and market best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in international outbound campaigns, client success, business development, or account management (experience in consulting or service-based industries preferred).
• Background in cost estimation, construction, or related industries will be a strong plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• A proactive, client-centric mindset with a focus on results and relationship-building.

• Job Type: Full-time, On-site
• Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift), Monday to Friday
• Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 120,000
• Location: College Road, near Wapda Town, Township, Lahore
