Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and driving the company's revenue growth. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets and partnerships.
- Actively manage and optimize profiles on freelance platforms, bidding on relevant projects.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of business development initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within business development, sales or a similar field, ideally within the IT or software industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
