We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing BD team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cold email prospecting, lead generation, and client engagement.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads across various markets.
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and market insights.
- Personalize outreach messages and follow-ups to ensure higher engagement and response rates.
- Maintain and manage lead pipelines using CRM tools and track communication progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance, track metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions), and suggest improvements.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and calls between potential clients and senior business team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold email outreach or lead generation (preferably in B2B or SaaS environment).
- Strong understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the IT, software, or digital services industry.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
- Understanding of basic sales funnels and conversion metrics.
