Opening: Business Development Executive
Job description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and support our growth across global markets.
Requirements:
- Respond to incoming leads and handle initial client conversations professionally
- Submit tailored proposals on Upwork and other platforms daily
- Follow up with potential clients and keep conversations moving
- Coordinate with senior BD team on discovery calls and demos
- Update CRM with lead status, conversations, and next steps
- Meet daily and weekly targets set by your manager
You're The Right Fit If:
- 1 years of BD or sales experience in an IT or software house
- Decent English — written and spoken
- Familiar with Upwork or other freelance platforms
- Hungry to learn, proactive, and doesn't need to be chased
