BD Internship (Paid - Leading to Job)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Business Development Intern to join our sales and growth team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn the fundamentals of IT business development — from bidding and client communication to project coordination and lead generation.

You’ll gain hands-on experience working with international clients (especially in the US market) and collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to convert leads into successful digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in writing proposals and managing bids on platforms like Upwork, and LinkedIn.
• Learn and participate in client communication, understanding project requirements and suggesting appropriate digital solutions.
• Support the setup and optimization of company profiles on freelance and lead-generation platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Contribute to lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and email follow-ups.
• Maintain and update records using CRM or internal tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Business.
• Basic understanding of IT services, including Web Development, SEO, WooCommerce, and Hosting solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn business processes.
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork) or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
• Must be based in Lahore and available for onsite work at our Tajpura Scheme office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
