BD Manager (Female)

Location: Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our client base for digital marketing and ecommerce services. This role focuses on international business development through Upwork bidding, outbound lead generation, strategic outreach, and relationship building across US, UK, and other offshore markets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, pitching services, managing pipelines, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through Upwork bidding, proposal writing, and profile optimization

Identify and qualify international leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, databases, and freelancing platforms

Create tailored proposals, cover letters, and bids aligned with client requirements

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools

Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities

Coordinate with internal teams to convert leads into meetings and closed deals

Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships

Track performance metrics and improve outreach and bidding strategies

Required Experience & Skills:

3+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or offshore sales

Proven hands-on experience with Upwork bidding, including winning projects

Strong understanding of US/UK markets and client acquisition strategies

Excellent proposal writing, communication, and negotiation skills

Expertise in LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and CRM management

Familiarity with Meta & LinkedIn lead generation tools

Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience selling digital marketing or ecommerce services

Strong client handling and relationship management skills

Data-driven mindset with reporting and forecasting ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
