BD Manager - MENA

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies across the MENA market
• Acquire and manage KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, and strategic partners
• Expand institutional, retail, and community-based partnerships
• Drive user acquisition, trading volume, and brand visibility
• Identify new growth opportunities in both Web3 and Web2 ecosystems
• Monitor competitor activity and regional market trends
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaign ROI

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CEX (centralized exchange) business development, OR
• A successful crypto affiliator with a strong record of driving user growth and trading volume
• Strong network within the MENA crypto ecosystem
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus
• Deep understanding of crypto trading products (spot, futures, derivatives)
• Strong negotiation, partnership-building, and execution skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per month
