We specialize in delivering top-quality BPO and technology services through our ventures ChatPandas and DevPandas. We are now looking for a highly driven Business Development & Sales professional to spearhead our growth initiatives, expand our client base, and help us win more business.

Role Overview

The BD & Sales Manager/Lead will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. This individual must come with proven expertise in the BPO or Tech industry and a strong track record of delivering results through data-driven strategies, structured reporting, and modern sales tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the BPO and technology services domain.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
• Leverage lead generation software/tools to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Prepare and present performance reports showcasing progress, pipeline status, and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients (including a tailored proposal on how ChatPandas and DevPandas can capture more business).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience).
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development and Sales within the BPO or Tech industry.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead generation platforms.
• Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare actionable insights.
