BDA (IT SALES) Tamil

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our IT Sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who have prior experience in IT sales, possess technical knowledge in programming languages like Python and Java, and are passionate about building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate leads for IT products and solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the technical team to offer customized solutions aligned with client needs.
• Stay updated on IT trends and Catalyst Education’s product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience (or internship) in IT sales (minimum 3 months).
• Strong technical understanding of IT products and programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Good communication skill in Tamil.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
