We are currently seeking a Bilingual Service BDC Representative to support our high-volume service department by assisting customers, scheduling appointments, and creating an outstanding customer experience from the very first interaction. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, customer-focused, and fluent in both English and Spanish.
As a Bilingual Service BDC Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, responding to internet inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective follow-up and communication.

- Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to all customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and internet leads
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
- Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments, declined services, and service reminders
- Utilize scripts, CRM tools, and dealership workflows to ensure consistent customer service standards
- Promptly and accurately enter all customer information into CRM software
- Effectively manage inbound and outbound communication to maximize appointment retention and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with service advisors and management to ensure smooth appointment flow and customer experience
- Compile reports, forms, and other documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain professionalism and ethical behavior in all customer interactions
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Bob Loquercio Auto Group brand
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
