Key responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying new clients and opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound calls.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and recommending solutions.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts to meet sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and inform sales strategies.
- Internal Collaboration: Working with internal teams like marketing and customer success to support the sales process and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Data and Reporting: Using CRM systems to maintain customer databases and track business performance.
