BDE Executive – Digital Marketing

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–4 Years
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Job Summary

Web Ministers is looking for a results-driven and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, and a solid understanding of digital marketing offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms
  • Promote and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Web Development, etc.)
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams
  • Maintain lead information in CRM and track progress
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service documentation
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development or Digital Marketing Sales
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized
  • Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
