Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, manage bids, and prepare proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and other client requirements. The role involves close coordination with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and market research
  • Prepare and submit proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and bid requests
  • Manage and generate leads through Upwork
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and strategy execution
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Track sales performance and support revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Bid Management
  • Strong experience with RFP/RFQ proposal writing
  • Good understanding of the sales process
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
