BDE COORDINATOR – DIGITAL MARKETING
Location: Web Ministers, 8B Industrial Area, Mohali
Shifts: Flexible & Rotational | On-Site | Monday to Friday
Experience: 1–4Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and understand their digital marketing requirements
• Assist the Business Development Executive with lead follow-ups and communication
• Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly
• Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and client documentation
• Schedule client calls, meetings, and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal marketing teams
• Track daily tasks, deliverables, and project progress

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, PPC preferred)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle client queries professionally
• Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn
