Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the infrastructure and construction materials market. The role demands a proactive individual with strong networking and persuasive communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients including builders, contractors, and distributors.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, references, and market visits.
- Maintain updated sales pipelines and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments for quotations, order processing, and after-sales support.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to gain market share.
Employer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or infrastructure products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
