Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the infrastructure and construction materials market. The role demands a proactive individual with strong networking and persuasive communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients including builders, contractors, and distributors.
  • Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, references, and market visits.
  • Maintain updated sales pipelines and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for quotations, order processing, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to gain market share.

Employer Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or infrastructure products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
