Business Development Executive – IT Sales/ Software Sales

We Are product-based software company focused on building scalable, enterprise-grade technology solutions for global clients.

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive (IT Sales) with 3+ years of proven experience in software or SaaS sales. This is a target-driven, office-based individual contributor role, requiring end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, strong consultative selling skills, and consistent revenue generation.

Client visits may be required for product demonstrations, in coordination with the technical team. All travel arrangements for such client engagements will be managed by the company.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and professional networking

Develop in-depth knowledge of MavionTech’s software products and clearly communicate value propositions to prospective clients

Engage with potential customers to understand business challenges and recommend suitable product solutions and demonstrations

Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Coordinate with product and technical teams for solution alignment, product demos, proposals, and client presentations

Visit client locations for demos or meetings when required, along with the technical team

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools

Track market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to identify new growth opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Sales, Software Product Sales, or SaaS Sales

Proven track record in lead generation, opportunity management, and deal closure

Hands-on experience selling software products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise IT solutions

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented sales environment

Experience using CRM systems and preparing sales reports and forecasts

Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise sales cycles

Work Location & Travel

Work Mode: Office-based

Client Visits: As required for demos or meetings, along with the technical team

Travel Arrangements: Fully managed by the company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,169.07 - ₹30,838.68 per month
