Job Title: Dental AssistantExperience: 6months &ndash; 1 Years Location: Wakad, Pune Salary: based on experience and interviewJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled and reliable Dental Assistant to support the day-to-day clinical and administrative functions of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during procedures, prepare patients for treatment, and maintain a clean and well-equipped treatment area.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including fillings, root canals, extractions, etc.</li><li>Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment as per infection control standards</li><li>Greet and prepare patients for treatment; ensure their comfort during procedures</li><li>Maintain dental records, treatment logs, and patient histories</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with the front desk</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the operatory and waiting areas</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions</li><li>Take and develop dental x-rays (if trained)</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of dental instruments and chair-side assisting techniques</li><li>Understanding of sterilization protocols and dental clinic safety practices</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>A patient-friendly and team-oriented attitude</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting or relevant field</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of hands-on experience in a dental clinic/hospital</li><li>Basic knowledge of dental charting and dental software is an added advantage</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,370.68 - &#8377;22,414.35 per monthWork Location: In person
