Job Purpose:

As a Business Development Executive – Logistics & Freight Services, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our logistics and freight services across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics and freight forwarding
• Generate leads and follow up on potential clients
• Build, nurture, and manage client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Prepare and present competitive quotations, proposals, and service presentations
• Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams for service execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain and update client and lead information in CRM
• Support marketing and branding efforts as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or Diploma holder (preferably in Logistics, Business, or a related field)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Basic understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome
• Prior experience in sales or logistics/freight forwarding is an added advantage

Salary:

• Based on performance during the interview and overall profile
