Consultant Loyalty Program – Architects & Designers

Location: New Delhi

We are seeking a smart and confident Business Development Manager to lead our Consultant Loyalty Program, engaging with architects and interior designers across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive our Consultant Loyalty Program by engaging architects/designers through calls, video interactions, and digital platforms.
• Build strong, long-term relationships by clearly explaining program benefits and support.
• Act as the key point of connect for consultants outside New Delhi.
• Ensure program growth through consistent follow-ups, onboarding, and engagement.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with a natural connect over phone/video calls.
• Ability to explain concepts persuasively and with clarity.
• Prior experience in business development, interiors, furnishings, or architect engagement preferred.
• Independent, confident, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
