We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Manpower Outsourcing) to drive growth in recruitment and staffing solutions. The role involves acquiring new clients, developing long-term business relationships, and expanding our manpower outsourcing services across various industries in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in manpower outsourcing and recruitment services.
- Acquire corporate clients across construction, IT, telecom, oil & gas, and other sectors.
- Promote staffing solutions including contract staffing, permanent recruitment, and bulk hiring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, procurement managers, and decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements for client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for manpower business.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the manpower industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in manpower outsourcing / recruitment business development.
- Strong network of corporate clients in UAE is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Good understanding of staffing models and recruitment processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
