JOB OPPORTUNITY – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (CARGO SALES)Location: Multan | Company: Faisal Movers – FMX

Faisal Movers FMX, one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing cargo and logistics networks, is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (Cargo Sales) for the Multan region.

We are seeking a target-driven professional with strong cargo sales experience and market knowledge to drive revenue growth and expand our corporate customer base.

Position: Business Development Manager – Cargo Sales

Location: Multan
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business for FMX cargo services in Multan and surrounding areas
  • Achieve monthly cargo sales & revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain corporate clients, wholesalers, distributors, and retail cargo partners
  • Conduct market visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities
  • Build relationships with e-commerce sellers, industries, manufacturers, and trading companies
  • Negotiate rates, prepare proposals, and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with operations for timely pickups, dispatches, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations
  • Submit weekly sales reports to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • 2–5 years of cargo/logistics/courier sales experience
  • Strong understanding of domestic cargo movement, rate structures, and market routes
  • Established network in FMCG, textile, auto parts, pharma, and general cargo sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently in the field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
