Job Summary
Amanah1 Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (Sales) to lead client acquisition, expand business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across our real estate and associated business portfolios. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and corporate partners
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and management teams
- Maintain accurate client data, pipelines, and reports in CRM
- Lead, mentor, and support sales executives where required
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in sales or business development (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in corporate sales, partnerships, and deal structuring
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional
