Responsibilities:

  • Effective sales of the products in the business center include office spaces, co-working desk spaces, and virtual spaces, handling renewals.
  • Grasp co-working features, pricing, amenities, and unique points for effective communication.
  • Cultivate client relationships, aligning solutions with their requirements.
  • Lead facility tours, highlighting amenities and workspace options.
  • Craft personalized proposals outlining our benefits and value.
  • Manage leads and interactions using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition.
  • The sales representative must be both personable and professional.
  • The role entails a basic salary plus an exciting incentive structure & future growth prospect
  • Must be a self-starter, organized, go-getter, quality-oriented, and performance-oriented individual
  • Excellent in presentation, proposal preparation, Excel-based forms, MIS sheets, policy drafting and publishing, and research paperwork

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales
  • Proficiency in English
