We are hiring for the healthcare sector—specifically outpatient dental services operating in the Delhi NCR region. This on-site role is based in Mundka, Delhi, serving a diverse patient mix across general dentistry, preventive care and routine dental procedures.

Primary Job Title: General Dentist (BDS)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive chairside care: examine, diagnose and treat common dental conditions including caries, periodontal disease and oral infections.
• Perform routine restorative procedures, extractions (exodontia) and primary endodontic treatments with high clinical quality and patient comfort.
• Plan and deliver prosthodontic care for simple crowns, bridges and removable prostheses; refer complex prosthetic cases appropriately.
• Interpret intraoral radiographs/digital X-rays and maintain accurate clinical records and treatment plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to sterilisation, infection-control protocols and local regulatory standards to maintain patient and staff safety.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care and follow-up; collaborate with dental assistants and administrative staff for seamless patient flow.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• BDS degree from a recognised dental college
• Valid registration with the Dental Council of India / State Dental Council
• Proven clinical competency in restorative dentistry, endodontics and extractions
• Hands-on experience with intraoral radiography and interpretation (digital X-ray preferred)
• Knowledge of sterilisation protocols, infection-control and cross-infection prevention
• Ability to work on-site in Mundka, Delhi; patient-focused approach and clear communication in English/Hindi

• Experience with dental practice management software and chairside digital workflows
• Training or short courses in advanced endodontics or cosmetic dentistry
• Prior experience in high-volume outpatient dental clinics
