Role - Full Time

Roles & Responsiblities -

• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner(Smile correction/ Smile straightening) services on our digital platforms.
• Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels.
• Generate relevant reports from the same.
• Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patient.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
