Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of automotive parts and accessories.
- Perform regular stock audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure that inventory is well-organized and accessible.
- Work closely with the procurement team to order new stock based on inventory levels and demand.
- Customer Assistance:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their product inquiries.
- Offer advice on automotive parts, tools, and accessories.
- Help customers locate and select products, ensuring satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Order Management:
- Process incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring products are delivered in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and stock levels.
- Ensure proper documentation for deliveries and receipt of goods.
- Product Display and Store Maintenance:
- Keep the store neat, clean, and visually appealing.
- Ensure that automotive products are displayed effectively for customer ease of access.
- Regularly review and update the display of products to highlight promotions or new arrivals.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and inventory procedures.
- Maintain proper storage of automotive products, ensuring that items are safe and stored in optimal conditions.
- Follow safety guidelines for handling tools and automotive parts.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Assist in preparing reports on inventory, sales, and product performance.
- Keep accurate records of stock movements, orders, and customer interactions.
- Support management in identifying trends and areas of improvement.
Experience- 5 to 10 years
Qualification- Any Bachelor Degree(Mechanical Background Preferred)
