Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules in coordination with project teams.
• Track project progress and report on deviations from planned timelines and budgets.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare regular project status and cost control reports for management.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and operations to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in planning and cost control, preferably in logistics/freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost control tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
