Beach Supervisor

The Beach Supervisor supports the Pool & Beach Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the beach area, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-serviced environment. This role involves supervising beach attendants, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a memorable and seamless guest experience aligned with the brand s expectations.

• Supervise and guide beach attendants to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Support the training of new team members on safety, service standards, and operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety of all beach and pool areas.
• Oversee the setup, condition, and inventory of beach equipment and towels.
• Deliver proactive, courteous, and professional guest service at all times.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs, inquiries, and complaints.
• Promote resort facilities and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with the Pool & Beach Manager regarding incidents or operational issues.
• Participate in daily briefings and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
