Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Beautician to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in delivering a range of beauty treatments, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional beauty services including facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and basic hair care.

• Perform skincare analysis and recommend appropriate treatments.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization standards across all workstations and tools.

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable beauty solutions.

• Ensure consistent service quality and follow salon protocols and safety standards.

• Upsell services and products when appropriate.

• Manage appointment schedules and assist with front-desk activities when required.

• Stay updated with current beauty trends, products, and techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Beautician or Beauty Therapist.

• Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and salon services.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional certification or diploma in Beauty/Skincare is preferred
